To be considered for employment as a loan officer with the YourWayLoan team at Encompass Lending Group LP, the candidate must be:
- A licensed mortgage loan originator with an NMLS number.
- The candidate must have closed at least one loan per month each month for the last year.
To be eligible for the bonus the candidate must have closed at least $500,000 per month for the last six months.

TERMS:
The bonus will only be paid to no more than one referring person. A referring person will be paid a one-time incentive referral bonus following 90 days after the new employee’s start date subject to the terms as described herein, except for the $15,000 top producer bonus will be paid in equal installments at 90 days, 1 year and 2 year anniversary. The referring person will be required to submit a W9 form and will be issued a 1099. Managers, HR department employees, recruiters and employees or contractors of YourWayHome.com LLC are not eligible.
Bonus will be paid to the referring person who is deemed to be the procuring cause of the mortgage loan originator joining the YourWayLoan team at Encompass Lending LP. The procuring cause shall be decided in the sole discretion of the YourWayLoan team management. To be eligible for the bonus you must make a personal introduction to the candidate. If multiple individuals refer the same candidate then the bonus may be split or awarded to the referring person most responsible for the recruit in the sole discretion of management.
A Loan Officer candidate must have a minimum production level of $500,000 in monthly funded volume over the last 6 months with a proven history of closing at least one first mortgage each month for the last twelve months. All volumes listed above are verified, and are averages over the prior six months.
Payment may be made from either Fathom Holdings, Encompass Lending Group LP or YourWayHome.com LLC which provides recruiting services depending on the source of the referral.
